HOW IT WORKS:
- After initial sign up, you will continue to be billed on the 1st of each month, regardless of sign up date
- If you subscribe after the 1st of the month, you will receive the following months box (ex: if you subscribe on/after February 1st, you will receive your first box in March!)
- You may unsubscribe at any time, however I am unable to offer refunds once you have been charged for the month! You will receive a reminder a few days before the renewal date.
- Boxes will ship within the first week of the month!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Depending on subscription level chosen, 1 unique pair of earrings, pet tag or combination of the two!
- Item is exclusive to the box, and is not an item currently available to purchase on the site!
- Items will NOT be seasonal however, maybe include seasonal colours. My goal is to have them fit within the season but still be suitable for everyday wear!

Care Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Polymer clay is strong once baked but care should still be taken when handling and storing your pieces. Pieces will be cleaned with alcohol prior to shipping and can be wiped with a damp cloth and dried if needed. Avoid contact with oils or lotions as this can deteriorate or discolour the clay or varnish if used.
Shipping
Current processing time is set at 3-5 business days, however most packages are sent out before that time frame when possible. Please allow for up to 5 business days during launches as well as the holiday season.
Canadian packages with Standard Delivery are sent through untracked lettermail. No tracking number will be provided if you select lettermail at checkout. Shipping delays can be expected. If you would like a tracking number, please upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. Please ensure the address you are entering at checkout is correct, as once the item is shipped the address cannot be changed and it is unfortunately out of my control if your order cannot be delivered properly.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, given the nature of the item, returns or exchanges are not provided.
However, please reach out if there are any issues with your order, and I will do my best to try and resolve them!
