How long will it take for my order to ship?
Current processing time is set at 3-5 business days, but I will make every effort to send out your order before that timeframe! Please allow up to 5 business days during launches or holidays.
I entered an incorrect address at checkout, what can I do?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact me ASAP to update the address. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately I am unable to make any changes to the shipping address. I am not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect shipping addresses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you select lettermail as your shipping option, a tracking number is not provided, and delivery can take up to 4 weeks in some cases. If you require a tracking number or need your order rather quickly, I recommend upgrading your shipping at checkout.
