- Current processing time is set at 3-5 business days, but can take longer during launches or holidays.

- If you select untracked lettermail as your shipping option at checkout, a tracking number is not provided, and shipping can take between 1-4 weeks.

- With untracked lettermail, I am not responsible for lost orders, therefore if you have a larger order I recommend using tracked shipping.

- Please ensure the address you are entering at checkout is correct, as I am not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If your order has not shipped, please reach out to me by email and I can make an adjustment to the address, but once your order is shipped I am unfortunately unable to make any changes.

- I do my best to pack items securely to avoid damages during shippping. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me and provide your order number as well as photos of the damaged item, and I will determine if a replacement will be provided.
